Long life fungus gnat nematodes are slow release pearls used to target fungus gnat larvae in compost and soil. They help reduce larvae around roots in pots and containers where damp growing media attracts flies.

Suitable for indoor plant owners, greenhouse growers and anyone managing houseplants, seedlings and container plants.

Long life fungus gnat nematodes for larvae in compost

Each pearl contains beneficial nematodes held inside a hydrogel capsule. After watering, the pearls break down and release them into moist compost where larvae are active.

Using fungus gnat nematodes for pots and indoor plants

Apply around plant stems in pots, trays and containers where fungus gnats develop. Suitable for houseplants, greenhouse crops and patio planters.

How to apply long life fungus gnat nematodes to soil

Apply around 5g per plant, roughly half a teaspoon, onto moist soil. Water thoroughly after application and keep compost moist for several weeks.

When to use fungus gnat nematodes in indoor and outdoor areas

Use indoors at any time of year. Outdoors, apply between April and August. Evening or damp conditions help support suitable soil conditions.
